Service Description

ZidFlow is a software service for WhatsApp business automation and AI conversation support. It helps businesses connect their Meta WhatsApp Business Account, manage conversations, send and receive messages, use AI reply drafts, manage templates, and support customer communication workflows.

Meta and WhatsApp Policies

You must comply with Meta, WhatsApp Business Platform, and WhatsApp Business Messaging policies. You are responsible for customer consent, lawful messaging, approved templates, message content, account access, and the way your business uses ZidFlow.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your ZidFlow, Meta, and WhatsApp account access secure.
• Send messages only to people you are legally allowed to contact.
• Use templates, broadcasts, automations, and AI replies in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
• Review important customer messages and replies before relying on them for business decisions.

AI Replies

ZidFlow may generate AI reply suggestions or automated responses. AI replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a specific situation. You should review important replies before sending or relying on them.

No Guarantees

ZidFlow does not guarantee Meta app approval, WhatsApp Business account approval, message deliverability, template approval, uninterrupted service, or that every feature will always be available. Meta, WhatsApp, infrastructure providers, and other third-party systems may affect availability or functionality.

Prohibited Use

You may not use ZidFlow for:

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or abusive automation.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, illegal content, or deceptive activity.
• Impersonation, harassment, threats, or harmful conduct.
• Any use that violates WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable legal requirements.

Suspension

ZidFlow may suspend or restrict an account if we believe the user has violated these terms, platform policies, applicable law, or created risk for ZidFlow, Meta, WhatsApp, customers, or other users.
