ZidFlow collects business account data needed to connect WhatsApp and provide the service. Depending on how you use ZidFlow, this may include:

• WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, and business profile information.
• WhatsApp message templates and template status information.
• Customer phone numbers, message content, timestamps, message status, and conversation history.
• AI-generated replies, reply drafts, and AI conversation support history.
• Workspace data, user account information, team settings, and connected account settings.
• Technical logs, usage events, device/browser details, and reliability or error information.

How We Use Meta Permissions

ZidFlow may request Meta permissions needed to operate WhatsApp features for your business:

• whatsapp_business_management is used to connect and manage WhatsApp Business accounts, phone numbers, templates, business setup, and related configuration.
• whatsapp_business_messaging is used to send, receive, and manage WhatsApp messages between your business and its customers.

How We Use Data

ZidFlow uses data only to provide and operate the service, show conversations, send and receive messages, generate AI replies, manage templates, improve reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and support users.

Data Sharing and Advertising

ZidFlow does not sell customer data. ZidFlow does not use WhatsApp message content for advertising.

Data may be processed by service providers that help us operate ZidFlow, such as hosting, database, AI provider, analytics, and error monitoring providers if configured in the project. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to ZidFlow.
