Data Deletion

ZidFlow users can request deletion of their account and workspace data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what data will be deleted.

How to Request Deletion

Email zidflow.app@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include:

  • Your ZidFlow account email.
  • Your business name.
  • Your WhatsApp Business Account ID, if available.

What ZidFlow Will Delete

After verifying the request, ZidFlow will delete workspace data, connected WhatsApp account data, stored conversations and messages, templates cached in ZidFlow, AI reply history, related customer records, and account data associated with the workspace unless we are legally required to keep certain information.

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.

Meta and WhatsApp Data

Deleting ZidFlow data does not automatically delete data stored inside Meta or WhatsApp. You may need to manage or delete that information directly from Meta Business settings, WhatsApp Manager, or other Meta tools.
